The PosiTector PC Powder Checker uses ultrasonic technology to measure uncured powder coatings.

The PC accepts all PosiTector probes and can convert from measuring uncured powder to cured dry film thickness, surface profile, and more, according to DeFelsko.

New Features

The newest version of the gauge features a color LCD, expanded internal memory, and free access to DeFelsko's suite of PosiSoft Solutions.

According to the company, the gauge continually displays and updates basic statistics and automatically generates formatted reports with measurement summaries and charts.

The company also offers Powder Inspection Kits for measuring powder coatings before and after cure with the same PosiTector gauge body and two interchangeable probes.
