SSo what in the last four years gives you any indication that they will??? Congress work together, yeah right. The only way for the president to pass a budget by the dead line is to have behind door secret meetings and make it so long to read (like the Oboma care 2000+ pages) they will pass the bill without reading it and knowing what is actually in it and after it is signed we will fall of the cliff and wonder why. If we ran our business like the government we would have all filed bankruptcy a long time ago. Well except for the big banks and friends of the president that got huge sums of money from the bail out.
